Fraud Specialist – OFFICE BASED IN GLASGOW

We have a fantastic opportunity for inbound customer service specialist for our Fraud Team on the Lloyds Banking Division campaign.

 

Here is all you need to know…

  • Start Date: Various 2026
  • Salary: Salary dependent on experience and up to £28,500 with OTE of £29,500
  • Job Type: Full Time – Permanent
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week (including training)
  • Operational hours after training - We require full flexibility between 10.00 - 23.00 Monday - Sunday
  • Training: 2 weeks based in Glasgow, City Park.
  • Training hours 09:00am – 18:00pm Monday – Friday 
  • Joining the team: First 3-months working on-site in Glasgow , then opportunity to choose on-site or at-home working whichever suits you best dependent on performance. Please note that this is following successful completion of all probation requirements.

What will my role involve…?

  • Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm and a desire to help out customers at the first point of contact
  • Raising scam and fraud cases for online and telephony banking across the Lloyds Banking Group portfolio
  • Objection handling whilst ensuring the customer that we are here to help them and keep their account secure
  • Investigation of pending payments with the aim to approve where there are no concerns of fraudulent activity, or scams
  • Supporting and providing a positive experience for all our customers by helping them with all aspects of their personal banking, for example: bank transfers, direct debits, and digital banking support
  • Helping customers that may be going through financial difficulty and debit card support
  • Promoting channels such as Internet Banking and ensuring that all customers are aware and have access to the Bank’s complete range of services
  • Problem solving - taking ownership of each and every query and ensuring these are resolved, making a real positive difference for our customers
  • Ensure that all customers are supported in accordance with all regulatory requirements which aim to protect our customers
  • Ensure all customer complaints are recorded in line with policy and where possible resolved at first touch, delivering an efficient outcome for the customer

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Audit content moderation decisions to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy standards
• Partner with internal teams to provide performance feedback and improve quality outcomes
• Support all aspects of the audit process, including planning, implementation, feedback and re-audits
• Deliver timely, actionable feedback to agents to drive continuous improvement
• Identify training needs and work with learning teams to close knowledge gaps
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality Managers to improve team performance
• Become a subject matter expert on products, community standards and operational guidelines
• Reinforce policy updates and process improvements across operational teams
• Mentor and support new Quality & Policy Experts on tools, systems and best practices
• Develop process documentation and provide feedback on audit tool functionality
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Escalate policy-related trends and risks to global teams for resolution
• Use market knowledge and insights to recommend scalable solutions
• Support Quality Leaders in planning and delivering improvement initiatives

 

What We’re Looking For

Fluent written and spoken English and Dutch
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Audit environment
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Charts and Statistical Functions
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar reporting tools is advantageous
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Passion for supporting people with empathy, fairness and consistency

Job Summary / Overview

 

We’re looking for a results-driven Recruitment Delivery Manager to lead and optimise high-volume recruitment delivery within our Public Sector operations. This role is central to ensuring recruitment excellence, managing a high-performing team, and collaborating with sourcing and operational leaders to deliver quality hires at scale.

 

You’ll be responsible for driving strategy, reducing dropouts and early attrition, and engaging in high-level conversations that shape the future of our talent delivery within your sector of the business. A key part of the role is developing and growing our Social Value recruitment strategy, creating sustainable talent pipelines that deliver long-term value for both our clients and the communities we serve.

 

This isn't just about filling vacancies—it's about creating sustainable recruitment solutions that make a real impact on communities while delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

 

The role requires you to be on site a minimum of three days per week in either our Gateshead or Manchester office. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

 

People Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators to meet volume hiring targets.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development.

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of recruitment campaigns across multiple sites and functions.

  • Collaborate with the Sourcing Manager, Director of Recruitment and operational partners/hiring managers to align candidate pipelines with business needs.

  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and SLAs, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

 

Social Value Recruiting

  • Develop relationships with key strategic social value partners, expanding these across our key locations and, where appropriate, nationally.

  • Use data and analytics in partnership with MI and the operational team to deliver targeted recruitment initiatives, cultivating accountability with partners to drive growth and long-term success.

  • Create partnership agreements and lead monthly and quarterly reviews to evaluate performance, strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Build and scale talent pipelines through social value partnerships, community organisations, education providers and employment initiatives.

 

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with operational leaders to forecast hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies.

  • Act as a trusted advisor in workforce planning, talent trends and market insights.

  • Lead high-level conversations with senior stakeholders to influence recruitment outcomes.

 

Quality & Attrition Management

  • Implement strategies to improve candidate experience, reduce dropout and minimise early 30, 60 and 90-day attrition.

  • Analyse data to identify trends and root causes of attrition, implementing corrective actions where required.

  • Ensure quality of hire through robust assessment and selection processes, delivering both the volume and quality required across campaigns.

  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment in a BPO or similarly fast-paced environment.

  • A proven track record of delivering high-volume recruitment programmes at pace.

  • Consistently achieving fulfilment targets without compromising quality.

  • Experience managing cost per hire through innovative and sustainable sourcing strategies.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • A data-driven mindset with experience using key metrics to drive performance.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
